Marketing Executive

As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaign activities through a variety of channels including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC and offline marketing collateral. Working closely with the sales and rental teams at Innovation House you will develop campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation. 

Collaborative working with the whole of the Marketing Delivery and Service Delivery Team will be essential to ensure that all on and offline channels work together in an integrated fashion. You will create campaign content and you will be expected to deliver, continuously measure and report on effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements when appropriate. 

In addition, you will take a leading role in the day to day management of the Experience Center at Innovation House working with stakeholders from around the business to deliver awareness campaigns driving lead generation for demonstrations. You will also support on the execution of Midwich Group events at the Experience Centre. 

Key Duties:

  • Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies and activity plans that use channels effectively to achieve campaign objectives, including the generation of qualified leads.
  • Develop content to be used across multiple channels as part of campaigns such as; social media, email, website
  • The creation of marketing collateral, working alongside designers (internal & external) to develop style briefs.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: sales, business management, product marketing and the experience team
  • Responsible for updating the website through use of the CMS, adhering to SEO best practise
  • Working with relevant sales teams, you will be expected to deliver lead generation opportunities in line with plan objectives and record conversion rates.
  • Day to day management of the Experience Centre at Innovation House
  • Event coordination and management for a range of events at Innovation House and external exhibitions
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned to overall brand collateral and identity guidelines

General Responsibilities

  • Conducting market/competitor research where relevant to a campaign
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure new marketing material is relevant, accurate and legislation is adhered to.
  • To ensure detailed and accurate records are maintained, e.g. recording contact and financial information using the relevant system.
  • To support the Marketing Team with general duties as and when required
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience working in a B2B environment would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing
  • A strong understanding of key business metrics such as ROI
  • Strong demonstrable experience in; on/offline advertising, digital/social marketing with good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task
  • Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form)
  • Ability to interpret analytics when reporting
  • Strong attention to detail

You will arrange timely supply of products from established brands including Samsung, Absen as well as specialist suppliers to the audiovisual industry, all at cost-effective prices whilst maintaining quality and delivery requirements.

You will work with the Product Manager to maintain tight control over company stock holding in line with FIFO principles and provide assistance in negotiating supply contracts and maintaining pricing with the company’s ERP system.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with new and existing suppliers in order to develop robust and efficient supply chains.

Working closely with the Product Manager, sales and delivery teams the role requires keen attention to detail and an ability to respond quickly to customer and vendor requirements.

Warehouse Operative

Job Description


We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bracknell Berkshire 

An outline of the job role is below:

• Checking in and testing rental stock;
• Updating rental screen condition reports to show any new damage and when it occurred;
• PAT test date checked on the return of equipment and anything due to expire in the next 30 days tested;
• Checking and booking in sales stock;
• Picking and the dispatching of jobs;
• Minor repairs to rental equipment;
• Warehouse and outside area kept clean and tidy reflecting our professional image;
• Consistently maintain high standards of condition, cleanliness, and accuracy of the rental fleet at all times through adherence to Company policies and procedures;
• Adhering to H&S regulations;
• Assisting with stock counts/stock takes;
• Supporting colleagues with any additional requirements.

Full training will be given.
Obtaining a Folk lift truck license and / or Reach truck license is preferable.
